How To Look Up A User
Select Search & Manage Users from the Common drop-down
Enter your search criteria and click Search
From the user's profile, you can see any children associated with their account, volunteer roles they have signed up for, and any orders they have placed.
Password resets can be initiated from the Manage Accounts drop-down
Click Register Now to register the user or their children for an active program
