How To Opt in to text alerts

IMPORTANT: A user will not receive text messages from Sports Connect unless that user has first opted in by texting the group's keyword to 334-310-2497.  Instructions for opting in to text message alerts are sent to the user when they select Yes to the "Do You Want To Receive Text Alerts From Your Organization" question in their user settings.

• If the user didn't receive the email, you can send them the group keyword and they can text it to 334-310-2497 to opt in

• Keywords can be found by viewing the text message group by selecting My Groups from the Text drop-down

• Select the group from the Select Group drop-down

• After you select the desired group, you will find the keyword above the Group Members box
