Select Manage Schedules from the Schedules drop-down
Click New Schedule
Select Importing
Download the Game Template using the link at the bottom of the page
Enter the schedule into the downloaded template and save
*** You must make sure that our team name matches EXACTLY with our team name in the system. Any team names that do not match our team name will be created as external teams
*** You must also make sure the locations and fields match EXACTLY as they appear in the Locations & Fields page of our website
Enter the Schedule Name, select the program this schedule is for, select the division, and the schedule type, and then click the + Division button to link it to the schedule
Click Choose File
Select the shedule Excel file you created, and click Open
Click Import CSV
Any import errors will be displayed. Make any adjustments to times, fields, etc and then re-import the Excel file
*** You will get errors for all of our opponents indicating the team name does not exist, which you can ignore. Make sure the Consider as External Team box is checked and the system will add them automatically
Click Save & Continue
Confirm the teams look correct
*** You can add more external teams from this screen as well. Handy if there is a team that you may schedule a game with in the future
Click Generate Schedule
Verify the schedule is correct, making edits where necessary, and then click Save & Continue
The system will verify there are no conflicts with times or fields. If there are, you will see a list of conflicts that need to be adressed. If there are no conflicts or after all of the conflicts have been resolved, click Save & Finish
The schedule will not be visible to the parents and players or on the website until it has been posted
*** It is best to verify all games times, dates, and locations before posting. Parents will receive an email notification for all changes that are made and it could get annoying quickly.
