Create A Registration

Creating a Registration

• Select Registration Forms from the Registration drop-down

• Select Add Program

• Select One-Step Registration Process

• Select Lacrosse and click Save & Continue

• Name your program (make sure to use the year, so it's easy to identify in reports and contact lists)

• Set the National Affiliation to USA Lacrosse

• Enter the relevant details in the Program Description box

• Click Save & Continue

• Click Add Division

Important Notes On Divisions

• Additional divisions can be added later

• Details such as pricing, registration dates, etc. are unique to each division

• Payment plans and early/late registration discounts and fees can be added later

• Enter the division name (i.e. 14u) 

• Enter the registration price (early registration discounts, late fees, and payment plans are added later)

• Set the Gender

• Set the dates and times for the registration period

• Set the dates for the start and end of the season

• Enter the birthdates for the oldest allowed players and youngest allowed players (refer to the USA Lacrosse Age chart)

• Click Save & Continue

• Add desired registration questions (you can add premade questions or create your own)

• To add a Liability Waiver, select Player Verification Waiver and enter the waiver text into the text box when prompted

• Once all of the appropriate questions have been added, click Save & Continue

• Enter any discounts and fees (early registration discounts, late fees, and payment plans are added elsewhere)

• Click Save & Continue

• Select any team staff & volunteer positions you would like to present to the registrant

• Click Save to save your selections

• Click Save & Continue 

• Enter any confirmation notes you would like to be sent to the registrant or staff (i.e. Extra info, links, or attachments)

• Click Save & Finish
