How To Lookup An Order

Select Manage Orders from the Orders drop-down

Enter your search term in the search box (i.e. Account Name or order number) and click Search

Click Manage to view and manage the order

From here, you can print the order, transfer the player to a different division, refund the transaction, or add discounts and fees

To add a Fee or Discount, click Edit for the registration you would like to add it to

Enter a description, the amount of the discount or fee, add internal notes, and check the Notify box if you want to notify the customer
Click Save
